Welcome to Networkly! By using our app, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the app.

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Networkly (“we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of the Networkly app, software, and services (collectively, the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Networkly grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this EULA.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the App. You agree not to:

• Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription in your device's settings.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App, without prior notice or liability, if we determine that you have violated any of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Networkly does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Networkly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the App.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify this EULA from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App or other means. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
